Sensitive skin should also be able to enjoy a pleasant and safe skincare routine. That's why we have developed a sensitive range that gives the skin essential nourishment so that it can regain its natural ability to retain moisture and become more resilient.
How the products feel can vary from person to person, so we recommend trying them on a small area first to see how your skin reacts before applying them all over your body. Sometimes a cream feels most comfortable to apply, and sometimes an oil. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll send you samples first.

Your scalp should have a natural fatty acid mantle that protects it. Ordinary shampoos can strip away this mantle, leading to an itchy scalp, a disrupted microflora and problems such as dandruff and dry flakes. A stressed body doesn't prioritise the skin/scalp, which can make the problems worse.
To help restore the scalp, we recommend our Quick Relief Shampoo to balance the microflora and Intensive Nourishing Serum to counteract the dryness. For long-term results, Q Omega Supreme is recommended as a supplement.
If you've had problems for many years, it takes longer to get your scalp back in balance. Initially, we recommend massaging the oil into your scalp every evening and washing your hair with Quick Relief Shampoo in the morning for the first two weeks. After that, how often you need to keep it up varies from person to person.

We have chosen not to use SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) but SCS (Sodium Coco Sulfate), which is derived from coconut oil. This sulphate (cleansing surfactant) is much milder on hair, skin and scalp, and a considerably more environmentally friendly alternative.
If you're used to traditional shampoos, it can take a couple of weeks for your hair to get used to the milder surfactants.
