Skincare routine for stressed, sensitive & unbalanced skin

In this post we share how to reduce and prevent stressed, sensitive and unbalanced skin.

Routine: Stressed, sensitive & unbalanced skin

  • Step 1

    Morning

Rinse your face with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel. Massage in Quick Repair Cream. Apply make-up, if you wear it, after a couple of minutes. Ideally, use an organic foundation that protects the skin without clogging it.

  • Step 2

    Evening

Wash away dirt and the day's make-up with Cleansing Milk, applied to dry skin, then rinse off with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel. If you wear traditional make-up, double cleansing is recommended. Apply Quick Repair Cream and massage the cream into your face.

Tip!

For an intensely nourishing moisture mask, we recommend using Quick Repair Cream or Intensive Nourishing Cream. Apply a thicker layer of the cream before you go to bed. Both creams are easily absorbed by the skin, which makes them very effective. The thicker layer provides extra moisture and nourishment, making a noticeable difference, especially when your skin feels extra dry. You'll wake up with deeply moisturised, nourished skin!

STEP 2: Once your skin has found its balance: Blackcurrant Capsules and/or Lingonberry Capsules from within, and Cleansing Milk, Intensive Nourishing Serum, Intensive Nourishing Cream or Lingonberry Hi-tech Serum in Cream on the outside.

It's good to reflect on how your skin is really doing.

Is it sensitive, dry, unbalanced, stressed, impure/spot-prone or prematurely aged?

What do I want to achieve with my skincare?

Am I getting enough omega fats of good quality and in the right balance?

Do I eat a lot of sugar, white flour and other sweets, or drink alcohol, which affect the skin?

How does my stomach feel?

Do I live with a lot of worry/stress?

How is my sleep?

How am I feeling today?
