Hyperpigmentation after pregnancy

- After my pregnancies I got pigmentation spots on my face that stubbornly refused to go away, and they always get worse after the summer. I've now been using Q for Skin's products since January, and after this summer I can see a HUGE difference! Thanks to their lingonberry serum, toner and Lingonberry Capsules, the spots were almost completely gone this spring. Then summer came, and they always stand out more because of the sun, but it's such a big difference compared with after last summer.

My absolute favourite is the lingonberry serum! It's brilliant and so practical because it's a serum, eye cream, day cream and night cream in one product. It smells wonderful too – even the children have commented that I smell nice.

I just want to say that you're beautiful as you are! But if you want to work on reducing your pigmentation, I can warmly recommend Q for Skin's products (combined with sun protection in summer). I'm very happy with the results and will keep using the products, both for the pigmentation and perhaps mainly because I love them for my whole face.

The pigmentation spots have largely disappeared

I have been using Q for Skin's lingonberry serum, facial toner and Lingonberry Capsules for my pigmentation spots for about three years now, and the products have really worked so well for me. Before, my face was full of brown spots, and there is such a big difference now!

The hyperpigmentation is much better and has largely disappeared, although I still have a little left on my cheeks. I am also more careful about being in the sun these days, as I know my skin is extra sensitive. I always use SPF 100 and avoid the sun when it is at its strongest. My best tips if you are bothered by pigmentation spots are to always use SPF, avoid too much sun and make sure your skincare routine includes Q for Skin's products.

Lingonberry Cream really makes a difference to my complexion

In my job as a triathlete, my skin and body have to work hard every day. My complexion is naturally quite dry, which isn't helped by the fact that I start almost every morning by swimming in chlorinated water, which really dries out the skin.

Then I carry on punishing my skin by running and cycling in all weathers, and quite often in strong winds here in Skåne - several hours every day. Add a few drying showers on top of that, and it ought to be the ultimate challenge to keep my complexion smooth, supple and youthful, especially as I turn 44 this year.

I have been taking 2 Lingonberry Capsules and applying Lingonberry Cream twice a day, and I have really noticed the difference it makes. My skin, and I mean all of my skin, has become much less dry and flaky. I used to get dry patches on my face after getting out of the pool - not any more. My skin feels much more supple too, and even my husband noticed one day that my skin had more radiance and was less wrinkled.

A positive side effect has shown up on the soles of my feet. I often run 100 km a week and have baby-soft skin on my feet.

When I got in touch with Ellinor at Q for Skin, she suggested that I try their new lingonberry cream, which was in development at the time, together with capsules.

I am someone who has never used lots of different products; soap and water has always been my thing. I often forgot the capsules, but tried to take two a day. I was, however, careful to apply the cream to my face morning and evening.

I started in August and saw no change at first, but even though I spent 2 months in the sun abroad (Nov-Jan), you can really see a difference. I have a little left, but nothing at all that I feel I need to hide. This suits me, as I am not someone who can be bothered with lots of different creams. I want to keep things as simple as possible and still get a good result.
