The scalp concept is based on:

- Washing your hair with Quick Relief Shampoo – a specially developed shampoo that balances and corrects imbalances in the scalp's microflora while leaving the hair soft, shiny and easy to manage.

- Giving the scalp important nourishment with Intensive Nourishing Serum – the oil serum moisturises and remedies scalp problems caused by dryness. Also softens any build-up.

- If you have build-up, use a soft natural-bristle brush to brush the scalp using a special technique.

- For soft, manageable hair, use Q Conditioner on the ends/lengths to moisturise and seal the hair shaft.
